Refunds, Cancellations and Fixes
Every Voirelle song is written and produced just for you, from the story you share with us. Because each song is one of a kind and we start making it the moment you order, please read this before you buy.
The short version: you hear a free preview before you pay. Once we start creating your full song, it can't be refunded. Every song comes with our 30-Day Guarantee: one free fix within 30 days of delivery. It's a fix, not a refund. Anything we got wrong is always fixed free.
Hear it before you pay
You get a free preview of your song before you pay anything. Love it? Unlock the full song. Not feeling it? Walk away. There's no charge. That's why we don't offer refunds for change of mind once you've unlocked it.
Cancellations
- Within 30 minutes of ordering: email hey@voirelle.com and, if we haven't started creating your song yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
- After that: your song is already being made, so orders can't be cancelled or refunded.
- 30-Minute Delivery (rush) orders: we start right away, so these can't be cancelled.
Refunds
Each song is custom made and can't be resold, so all sales are final once we start creating your song. Not liking the style, the voice or the song, or changing your mind, doesn't qualify for a refund. Instead, we'll work with you to get it right with your 30-Day Guarantee free fix and our paid change options below.
- Add-ons (like the Lyrics Keepsake PDF and the extra verse) and rush delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Paid changes are non-refundable once the new version is delivered.
We may decline future orders from anyone who repeatedly disputes or abuses orders.
Fixes and changes
Our 30-Day Guarantee: your first fix is free
Not in love with it? Every song comes with our 30-Day Guarantee: one free fix, meaning one round of small changes, requested within 30 days of delivery. The 30-Day Guarantee is a free fix, not a money-back guarantee, and it doesn't include a refund. A free fix covers things like:
- Correcting a name's spelling or how the name is sung
- Fixing a detail from your quiz answers
- Small wording changes in a line or two
Send all your small changes together in one message so we can do them in one round.
Our mistakes are always on us
If we got something wrong from your quiz answers (a misspelled name, a wrong detail), we'll fix it free. That doesn't use up your free fix.
Bigger changes
Bigger changes are paid options on your song page. That includes a new voice, genre, style or language, more lyric changes after your free fix, a full rewrite, or a brand-new version with a new melody and lyrics. You always see the price before you confirm. Paid changes aren't refundable once the new version is delivered.
Extra verse
You can add a third verse when you unlock your song, or later from your song page. Like other add-ons, it's non-refundable once we start creating it.
How changes work
Every change records the whole song again, so the melody and voice won't be identical to the first version. Your earlier version stays on your song page, and the new one appears next to it, usually within the hour.
Technical problems
If your song won't play or download, or a file is damaged, tell us and we'll fix it or send you a new file. If we can't deliver your song at all, we'll refund you in full.
Billing questions
Charged twice, or see a payment you don't recognize? Email us first and we'll sort it out fast. Duplicate charges are always refunded once we confirm them.
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Most issues are solved within a day by email. If a dispute is opened, we may share order details, checkout records, your quiz answers and delivery records with the payment provider so they can review it.
Gift codes
Gift codes (Song Credits) are non-refundable once purchased, except where the law requires. A song made with a gift code follows this same policy.
How refunds are paid
When a refund applies (a cancellation within 30 minutes, a duplicate charge or an undelivered song), it goes back to your original payment method. It usually shows up in 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card company.
Orders placed before October 28, 2026
Orders for physical products placed before this date keep the return terms they were sold under. Email us your order number and we'll take care of it.
